Harry Henderson

Mr. Henderson serves as President of Anchor Consulting, LLC.

Originally from Greensburg, Pennsylvania, Mr. Henderson came to Washington to attend the George Washington University and never left. While attending George Washington, he served as a legislative intern for Members of Congress such as Senator John Heinz, Senator Harris Wofford, and Representative Austin Murphy. He later joined the staff of the House Energy and Commerce Committee as a press associate and staff assistant. After working with the Committee, Mr. Henderson joined the staff of Representative Howard P. "Buck" McKeon. After eight years with Representative McKeon - most of which as the Representative's lead counsel for the House Armed Services Committee, Mr. Henderson left to join the firm of Fabiani and Company, where he served as a legislative associate. 

After two successful years with the firm, Mr. Henderson left Fabiani and Company to form his own firm Anchor Consulting, LLC. At Anchor, Mr. Henderson has built a firm from no revenue to over $1 million and roughly 15 clients in just over three years. Furthermore, the firm is recognized as a leader in the arts and education field as well as environmental and defense arenas. 

Mr. Henderson holds an undergraduate degree from the George Washington University, a masters in public affairs from Seton Hill College in Pennsylvania, and an associate degree from the National War College.

Catherine Harper

Catherine serves as the Vice President for Administrative and Financial Services for Anchor Consulting.

Originally from Carmel, Indiana, Catherine holds a degree in International Business from The George Washington University and handles all contractual and financial services matters for our organization. She has held positions with the Bank of New York, the Reserve Officers Association of America, and the National Association of Federal Credit Unions.
